Womens' Kickboxing


Tired of the gym scene? Our Women's Kickboxing program is designed for women who want to get in great shape and have fun as well. Kickboxing is a great way to relieve stress, create self confidence and develop a stronger body.

Class

Classes are beginner oriented, you will first receive TWO free private lessons before stepping in a group class so you will have the basics down. You will be able to train at your own level and pace. We have students of all ages and fitness levels participating. Anyone can take part in this non-contact fitness class.
